The IJORET Cancellation & Refund Policy ensures transparency and fairness for all authors submitting to the International Journal of Research in Engineering Technology. Before proceeding with your IJORET Paper Submission, please review our detailed policy below to understand your rights and responsibilities regarding cancellation, withdrawal, and refund requests.
1. IJORET Paper Submission & Payment
There is no fee required at the initial IJORET Paper Submission stage. Authors are encouraged to submit their manuscripts for peer review without upfront payment. Publication fees are only applicable after the manuscript is accepted for publication, ensuring that all submissions are considered on academic merit alone.
2. Withdrawal Before Final Submission
If an author wishes to withdraw their manuscript before the final version is submitted and prior to acceptance, a partial refund of any paid publication fee may be considered. The refund will be processed after deducting administrative and processing charges. To request a withdrawal, authors must email the editorial office within 7 days of payment.
- Refund requests must be made in writing via email to ISARJournals@gmail.com.
- Provide manuscript ID, author name, and payment details for verification.
- Refunds are not guaranteed and are subject to editorial review.
3. Accepted Paper Withdrawal & No Refund After Publication
Once a manuscript has been accepted for publication in IJORET and the final version has been submitted, no refund will be issued under any circumstances. This policy also applies after the research article has been published online. Authors are urged to review their work and communicate any changes before final submission.
4. No-Response Clause
If the author fails to respond to editorial communications within a reasonable timeframe, IJORET reserves the right to proceed with publication or administrative closure of the submission. No refund will be issued in such cases, as editorial resources and review processes have already been allocated.
5. Policy Updates & Author Responsibility
The IJORET Cancellation & Refund Policy may be updated periodically to reflect changes in publishing standards and author needs. Authors are responsible for reviewing the latest policy before making a submission or payment. The most current version will always be available on the IJORET website.
